Volition Internship

From June to October of 2010, during the summer before my final year in college, I worked as a Gameplay Programming Intern at Volition Inc. on Saints Row: The Third. My main job was to port C++ based activity and diversion code from the old Saints Row 2 engine to the new Saints Row: The Third engine, and add new features to the activities as the designers requested. It was my first experience in console game development, where I worked on the XBox 360 and the Playstation 3 and working on at team and project of that size. I got a number of activities and diversions running and stable on the XBox 360 and Playstation 3 for both single player and networked co-op in my short time there.
